ON ARRIVAL...................

• Mally or Carly will meet you at the chalet at your agreed arrival time.
• All utilities should be switched on for you
• Run water in all taps before drinking
• A quick tour of the chalet
• Read the information pack left in the chalet
• Complete Inventory
• Hand over damage deposit cheque
• Keys will be handed over

  Please note you are responsible for locking all doors and windows whilst staying at the chalet, the chalet and it's belongings become your responsibility during your stay

ON DEPARTURE...................

• Please prepare to vacate the chalet by 10:00 am. One of us will come to the chalet to collect keys, confirm the chalet, and return damage deposits.
• Please clean chalet completely. Unfortunately we will have to charge if excess cleaning is required prior to our next guests. Cleaning equipment and materials are left in the chalet.
• Please strip bedding and bundle laundry.
• Please check carefully that you have not left any belongings, particularly in bathroom cabinets, and the draws under the wardrobes.
• Please take your rubbish to the “Poubelle Hut”
• If you have any comments you would like to leave please feel free to write them on the forms in this pack. We value any feedback given on any of chalets.
